What to do when you get a stain on a favourite dress or sun hat? Grab the embroidery kit! My nice floppy sun hat got a stain (don’t ask me how) which I wasn’t able to remove. Voilà! I’m crowned with a sprig of flowers!
My trusty white cotton dress (I have half a wardrobe full of white items) started showing signs of wear and tear. Once again, nothing that can’t be fixed with a piece of fusible interfacing and a few embroidered flowers.
And then I got a drop of bleach on a navy cotton dress. Oh no! Fortunately, an embroidered ladybird did the trick. Maybe I should try a little spider on the next spot!
